TCI COVID-19 Update #1 / USTTI Course 20-113 Postponement

To TCI’s Customers, Students, Partners and Suppliers:

TCI has been determined as an “essential business” as a supplier of critical equipment for global telecom and government infrastructure applications. Therefore, TCI has reopened its manufacturing and customer support facility effective Wednesday, March 18, 2020. Many staff will continue to work from remote sites in support of the ongoing precautionary measures being taken by local and state governments to ensure the safety of our employees and the citizens of California in the face of the evolving threat from the COVID-19 virus.

In support of protecting the health of our USTTI students, USTTI Course 20-113 scheduled for May 11 – May 15, 2020, in Fremont, California will be rescheduled to a later date. TCI and USTTI will provide new dates once the timeline for resolution of the COVID-19 pandemic is clearer.

Please be assured that our team will remain fully engaged to ensure continuous program execution, customer support, accounting, and marketing activities. During this period, you should continue to engage with our team directly and via the customer web portal as you normally do. TCI’s Customer Support phone lines (+1.510.687.6123 or +1.510.687.6218) and E-Mail (tcisupport@spx.com) accounts remain operational.

JB Ballard,

President
