TCI, in partnership with the United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI), concluded a successful seminar on Monday focused on Artificial Intelligence, 5G, and Emerging Technologies. The session brought together 21 participants from across the spectrum monitoring, management and telecommunications community for a day of hands-on learning and collaborative discussion.
The seminar gave attendees an in-depth look at TCI’s latest-generation technology for Spectrum Monitoring and Management, with live demonstrations showcasing how these systems support accurate, real-time spectrum oversight in increasingly complex RF environments. Participants had the opportunity to see the equipment in action and ask detailed technical questions of the TCI team.
A central highlight of the day was an interactive session on best business practices for deploying AI within telecommunications operations. The discussion moved beyond theory, with participants and TCI representatives exchanging real-world strategies for integrating AI responsibly and effectively — from operational efficiency to long-term infrastructure planning. The engagement level throughout the session underscored the growing interest in practical implementation-focused guidance as AI adoption accelerates across the industry.
Attendees represented a range of backgrounds within the spectrum monitoring, management, and fields, and the mix of perspectives made for a lively exchange of ideas throughout the day. Several participants noted that pairing a technical product demonstration with an open discussion format gave them a clearer picture of how AI and 5G technologies are being applied in practice, rather than in the abstract.
