Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of three sales professionals and an applications engineer.
– Drive business development and sales strategies to maximise revenue and profitability.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with aircraft OEMs and other key clients in the UK, Europe, Middle East, and Asia.
– Provide leadership, guidance, and support to an established team.
– Build your own sales accounts, dedicating 50% of your time to direct sales activities.
– Attend customer meetings and trade shows (20-40% international travel).
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Strong technical understanding of Data Links or other relevant aircraft components.
– Proven success in selling to aircraft OEMs; experience in military or defence sectors would also be considered.
– Ex-military experience would be advantageous.
– Ability to manage a high-performing team while building relationships with key customers.
– Based in the UK with availability for regular international travel.
