HF Broadcast Products

All TCI broadcast antennas and baluns are made from high-quality, exhaustively tested components and materials.  All radiators, reflecting screens, feedlines, and supporting catenaries are made from aluminum or Alumoweld wire.  Alumoweld wire has a high-strength steel core surrounded by a highly conductive, corrosion-resistant coating of aluminum.  Insulators are made from high-strength glazed alumina ceramic or fail-safe glazed porcelain ceramic. No organic or fiberglass insulators are used in the antenna curtains.  Dissimilar metal contacts, long a troublesome cause of corrosion, have been eliminated.
